Service animals accommodated only with personal primary doctor's written authorization (will not accept website "certificates" claiming to be healthcare providers). Owner provides water/sewer, garbage, lawn care, and snow removal services. Electric, natural gas, and internet are up to the tenant. The cabin is rented out weekly in the Summers and is leased in the off months September through May.
