Intercom speaker for doorbell to the unit. Washer/dryer included. The association covers basic cable, fiber internet, interior pest control, water, garbage, exterior landscaping, pool, and dog park. DirecTV and Bluestream Fiber are both included in the association dues. Landlord pays the association dues. Tentant is responsible for electric through OUC and is responsible for calling and setting up account with OUC for monthly electric. There is an application fee of $150 per person over the age of 18. The new tenants will need to complete the form and return to the condo association, along with the following: 1. Copy of their driver's license 2. Application fee 3.
