Bedroom Configuration The room can be configured as one King bed or two Twin XL beds, depending on your needs. Occupancy Options * Single occupancy: Advertised monthly rent. * Double occupancy: Advertised monthly rent plus $350/month. * Fully furnished private bedroom * Dresser * Nightstand * Closet with plenty of storage * Shared full bathroom (only when I'm staying at the condo) Ideal for a single professional, traveling coworkers, students, or friends looking to share a comfortable furnished room.
