You are renting the Master Bedroom suite. It is Furnished! This includes the Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom, and Walk-in Closet. You're sharing the remaining space with me, the owner. (And my 1 Hypoallergenic Cat) Further details and any questions will happily be shared upon contact. You will pay for your initial screening, and that cost will be deducted from your 1st month's rent if you're a good fit and decide to rent. It is $1,500 a month. Internet, Utilities, and Amenities are included. The Deposit will be a 600$ security deposit and $1,500 for the first month's rent. This will total $2,100 and is mandatory to initiate your moving-in. NO exceptions. The lease term will be 6 months. It will be possible to extend this lease. It is possible I will move out in 6 months and you will have the option to rent the entirety of the condo's 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms. Again, it is possible the 6-month lease is all that will be sustained. No dogs will even be considered. If you have ONE cat, it MAY be possible, depending on factors. I work from home. My workspace and its location are non-negotiable. Trust that you will not disturb me and hours of occupying shared spaces will not be an issue for me. I will also not disturb you regardless of my/your activities in shared spaces. It is EXTREMELY rare that I have guests over. There is a community pool that you will have full access to.
