The studio has done justice in all the amenities that come with it and its really nice. I am currently finishing up my internship at the end of July and would love to hand over this lovely spot. The rent is $897, with water, sewer and trash included. The lease ends in November 15th, which you can easily renew to extend the lease. Last month's rent due at signing. No smoking allowed. Personally, I have made studio my niche in a short time. The balcony gives natural light every morning, I take walks daily and have encountered friendly people walking their dogs, the heater works well, and there is an AC unit as well.
