Each bedroom has its own closet. There is a walk-in closet off of the dining room along with a coat closet in the living room. The apartment has a full bathroom with a tub and shower. This is a very quiet building with all middle aged, mature residents. Rent includes heat, water, hot water and trash pickup. Tenant will supply their own A/C if it is desired. There are washer and dryer hook-ups in the basement for your machines for a small additional fee to cover the water usage.
