Large 2 BR Unfurnished Apartment located in Elkton, MD The apartment has wood floors and is on the second floor. The living room is about 16 x 14, dining room 16 x 12 and the two bedrooms 12 x 12. Each bedroom has its own closet. There is a walk-in closet off of the dining room along with a coat closet in the living room. The apartment has a full bathroom with a tub and shower. This is a very quiet building with all middle aged, mature residents. Rent includes heat, water, hot water and trash pickup. Tenant will supply their own A/C if it is desired. There are washer and dryer hook-ups in the basement for your machines for a small additional fee to cover the water usage. Security deposit of one month?s rent and one full month's rent is required ($1500) at move-in. The 2nd month's rent will be prorated if move-in was not on the first of the month.
