**Smoking/Vaping Policy**
- Strictly no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home, bedroom, bathroom, garage, or interior common areas
- No smoking in any area where smoke/odor could enter the residence (doors, windows, vents, or air systems)
- Tenant is responsible for ensuring guests follow the no-smoking policy
- Tenant is financially responsible for any cleaning, odor removal, repainting, carpet cleaning, or repairs due to smoking or vaping
- Violations may result in termination of tenancy
**Guests**
- Occasional guests allowed
- Overnight guests limited to no more than 2 nights per calendar month without prior written approval from landlord
- Tenant is fully responsible for the conduct and actions of all guests
- Guests must follow all house rules (noise, parking, smoking, amenities, etc.)
- No guest may establish residency, receive mail, or store belongings on a permanent basis without written consent
- Excessive or unauthorized guest stays may result in termination of tenancy
