The third bedroom/office can fit a desk and a futon that can fold out into a single bed. One of the most charming things about the house are the 2 enclosed porches off the 1st and 2nd floors! Fling the doors open and enjoy even more space in and out. The house has a big backyard and a grill will be left outside for you to use.
