Unfurnished house is a 2 minute walk to Bellevue College.Move in Date is 12/15.This has been an organic, pesticide free property for over 15 years. The owners wish it to be kept as such, since it will be their retirement home.This means no chemicals can be used in the house, cleaning agents, body sprays, deodorants, etc. As a guide, all these products should come from a PCC type store. Also, no smoking.The house is hardwood and tile throughout. Thus it is pristine.No pets allowed.The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Rooms are $750 a piece including utilities. I prefer to only rent to 2 people though. Discount will be given if you rent 2 rooms on your own. Therefore the full bathroom will only be shared by 2 people. Will also consider lowering the rent for a group of 3.I will be staying in a separate small office in the back, but will share the cooking facilities and laundry as needed in the main house. Thus the house is basically yours to decorate etc if you so desire. There is also a vacant storage shed in the back and a large backyard with ample room for a large organic garden.Utilities include the usual water, electric, sewage, etc. High Speed Internet but no wifi (for health reasons).
