This is a retirement comm. (55years old). It's a golf cart comm. Everything in the villages can be reached by golf cart. (Doctors; church; shopping; pools; golf; recreation; school; library; hospital, etc. Our neighbors are super, neighborhood is the greatest. Our home is on one of 33 executive golf courses, and it has too many upgrades to name, one being solar lights, over size garage, large lanai w/ summer kitchen, split floor plan, and great location to everything imaginable. It's another wonderful day in the villages.
