One level, ground floor; master bath has tub; guest bath has large step-in shower. Shades and curtains throughout for privacy; bedrooms can be blacked-out for day sleeping. Washer and dryer in unit. Centrally located on the edge Bozeman's original city boundaries, ~2 miles from downtown, MSU campus, Costco, and Interstate 90. Many hiking trails and mountain recreation areas within 5-10 miles; complex is on urban path, trail, and bike lane system. There are grocers, restaurants, and other shops and services within half a mile to one mile; most are easily walkable. Owner lives a mile away; this is our only rental, and is used by family when not rented. Minimum lease is one month, with additional months or week to week negotiable afterwards. Rent is due at the beginning of the month or beginning of the week thereafter. We are generally looking for medium-term (1-3 months) tenants as this furnished unit is needed for family a few times a year. All utilities (including Internet) will be included if bills stay within historic average ranges. Cleaning will only be taken from deposit if professional attention is required. Just leave it as you found it. Lease document will be adapted from Montana Association of Realtors model.
