The tenant should have contact information to ensure that repairs and be completed quickly and in a cost-effective manner. 4.) Any modifications or construction to the home must be approved by the landlord. 7. Limits on Occupancy Only up to 4 adult people who have signed the lease (and their minor children) can legally live on the property. The landlord has the grounds to terminate the agreement if the tenant does not comply. 8. Rules for Pets a.) Only up to 3 dogs and 2 cats allowed. This is negational. b.)
