Newly opened office space! This space is great for someone starting out who may be looking to start their business or practice! The suite owner is a chiropractor who rents these two rooms but does not need the area currently! We would like to rent it out to someone who may need a space or someone who could work along with us in treating our patients in some way! It has been used before by estheticians, physical therapists, midwives/doulas, and even could be a great starting space for a social worker or therapist/counselor. It has it's own private entrance from the main hallway of the building, and public restrooms all on the main level. Both areas are attached by a doorway but the space itself is a great large waiting area with a smaller, cozy treatment room great for intimate sessions. The treatment area has a granite countertop as well as a four shelf closet with doors. The waiting room is getting brand new commercial level carpeting laid soon and it has a great accent piece in the waiting area, great for a water fountain or fish tank accent! The office space does have doors into our suite but can be locked. We are happy to find someone to use the space who we can refer patients to and work together on their care but it is not necessary.
