The Logan Square Blue Line stop is a quick walk through the square which gets you downtown or to the airport in no time. We park on the street with a city permit for only $25 a year, and a reserved spot is available for an additional $100/month. Security cameras in the front and back and a gated entry provide an extra safe environment. The management company is family-owned and keep the building extremely well-maintained and are very responsive and quick to fix any issues in the unit. As tenants, we pay for ComEd, People's Gas, and internet/cable. In the summer, ComEd runs $90-$105, People's Gas about $65-$70, and internet about $70.
