Your private bedroom and area is downstairs and we mostly live upstairs with the exception of doing laundry. Our sons room is also downstairs on opposite side of house. He his own bathroom and entrance. We are fine with you using the kitchen which is upstairs. We are providing a large newer fridge and brand new microwave downstairs for your convenience. We are on 2 acres and welcome a your dog. Looking for a female who is responsible and considerate. Please no smoking, drinking, etc. Will charge $150.00 per month for utilities.That includes electricity, water, cable, trash and washer dryer amenities.
