Roomy, comfortable, extremely livable Neighborhood Description This is a cul-de-sac street, we are the second last house. Neighbors are a nice mix of older and younger couples, with a number of children in the neighborhood. People are almost amazingly friendly and helpful, without being nosy. The backyard has a double waterfall and many trees. Many species of birds are in the backyard year round. There is also a flower and vegetable garden in the front yard. This is a real garden spot.
