Yard with shed. Income of three times the rent is required ($5250 per month). Application process will include income, background, credit and eviction check. I won't rent to anyone who is in the process of being evicted or who has been evicted. Depending on application, low credit score may be accepted with additional deposit. One pet allowed with extra $500 refundable security deposit and $30 per month pet fee. Dogs that weigh less than 30 pounds at maturity may be accepted; breed restrictions apply. (Landlord may want to meet the dog.) One cat is okay. No smoking in house or structures on property. I do not participate with any local, state or federal housing programs.
