Terms Crescent Ridge pays for trash, general pest control, and maintenance. Water and sanitation is a flat rate added onto rent depending on the number of occupants. Resident's are required to carry renter's insurance. We are a pet friendly community. There is a $300 refundable pet deposit and then a monthly pet fee of $25 per pet. We do have a 50 lbs. weight limit and a few breed restrictions for dogs.
