As a User Experience Designer, I've tried to make your experience amazing by including a full kitchen stocked with snacks, two options for making coffee, laundry, eye masks for the 24-hour summer sun, and pieces from Alaskan photographers and artists on display for purchase. This space is a totally separate unit from my house above my garage. Guests will have this space all to themselves. There is 1 queen bed, a couch, smart TV, wifi, a kitchen, a deck with outdoor seating, coffee maker, microwave, laundry, full bathroom, plants galore, fans, heating, everything you could need for a great stay. It also has a separate patio on the back and a separate courtyard from my house, perfect for those with dogs. My home is in Chugiak, which is just north of Anchorage, nestled between Anchorage and the Matanuska Valley. This location is mountainside, right off the highway, and a great central location for any tourists or visitors to the Army/Air Force base. Pets are allowed - just talk to me about them first. I am a very dog friendly person and often have foster animals in my main house. I expect pets who are not well behaved when owner leaves to be kenneled - because this is a furnished apartment, you pay for anything your pet ruins during your stay. Smoking and vaping is not allowed inside the apartment. You can smoke on the balcony or in the courtyard. I have a big driveway, plenty of room for you to park.
