Extremely nice house, environment, and location. The landlady is nice, always reachable, and fast at getting any problem fixed. The room: Size of 140sqft (or around 13 m^2) Shared bathroom (with one housemate) Large window, most luminous room in the house Can come furnished or unfurnished The rent for the room is about $1090 (to be adjusted depending on garage usage).
