    The estimate of 1,456 Square feet is incorrect due to the fact that this number was arrived at by simply doubled first floor size while in reality the second floor is 2 feet longer in the back making the correct size 1,512 square feet. Additionally fenced in area has been expanded by 16 feet back adding 1024 Square feet plus another side lot area was also enclosed adding another 192 Square feet. These additions were done after Hurricane Ike destroyed the old fences, but the house was unscathed. Also lot size of 6,050 Sq feet is not correct that is the fenced in area which is now 7,074 Sq feet but when you add the pipeline easement the true size the lot is 11,010 Sq. feet. Neighborhood Description 990 homes in-between city and country. The neighborhood has fields and the Katy prairie on one side and a new neighborhood barely being built in the cow fields on the one side. The convince of city just a mile away and the country next door makes it a nice place to live.
