This community of tenants and condo owners is super chill and respectful of privacy, however I am always available in emergency or if you need anything property related I'm easily reached and I respond quickly. You'll typically see me cutting the grass or working around the property most days, if you see me at all. Safe, chill comfort zone is top priority here. Tenants enjoy the courtyard gardens and low level music around here. It's a great community of young professionals with the occasional buzz of music and city sounds here and there. Mostly it's so quiet you will hear the automated Blue Line train conductor voice from three blocks away at night ("the next stop is Logan Square..."). Super chill.
