Security Deposit is $1200. This amount is required, along with first month's rent, in full to rent this home. Home is available now, or we can hold for next month with payment of Security Deposit. - Pets: Maximum of 3 dog/cat combo is allowed, no more than 2 dogs or 2 cats. All cats/dogs must be spayed/neutered, including ESA animals. We require a PetScreening profile for each Dog and Cat, including ESA Animals. Monthly pet fees are $20/pet, there are no fees for ESA Animals. In addition, 2 birds, 2 hamsters and fish tanks up to 40 gallons are allowed. No other pets are allowed.
