This is a nice small apartment with an ocean view. $200 a night - The "main" house is for rent. I use to live there. The accessory dwelling unit & junior accessory dwelling unit are not included and are currently occupied. I'm looking for someone who wants to rent it longer than vacation but less than forever. Like a month or two. Furnished or unfurnished. 30 days notice not required. If you want to move, I'll re rent it when you are out. I do not need to show it when you are there. The listing should be $200 a night but nightly pricing is not an option on this site.
