Our cozy townhouse is in private, quiet area of Village Green. Right out our front door is a large, grassy area (taken care of beautifully by VG maintenance) with a swing set. Our neighbors are friendly and all have non-smoking units. We have a fenced patio outside. The flooring in the kitchen and middle room on the main floor were recently redone in 2016. The kitchen countertops will be replaced and brand new within the next two weeks. And the hard-wood floors upstairs are still in great condition. Available for move in May, 2017.
