We have an elevator, updated water heater, updated AC/Heaters for each apartment, smart thermostats, laminate flooring and/or carpeted bedrooms, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, patio size varies, with some being very large, washing machines on each floor use coins or an app. Cats are ok. No smoking in the public areas. Centrally located near stores, restaurants, bus lines and the train. Renter is responsible for their electric, gas & internet. Lease term in 11 months with a deposit of one month's rent. Each tenants needs a 650 FICO.
