Our spacious, high-end home in Brush Creek offers spectacular views and privacy to renters. The location is ideal for skiers with multiple skiing levels as we can easily access all 4 ski mountains in less than 20 minutes. The wrap around deck offers a great platform for enjoying the dramatic fall colors and plentiful wildlife in spring and summer. The home's fine finishes include granite and marble with in-floor radiant heat throughout. The home easily sleeps 8 in beds - two master suites with king beds and private baths, 1 downstairs bedroom with queen and an upstairs loft with 2 twin trundle beds. The road up to our home and the driveway is steep so 4 wheel drive is necessary during the winter. Once at the bottom of the hill, you can access Aspen's well-reputed and free shuttle system. Roaring Fork Transit (RFT) provides transportation to ski resorts as well as shopping or dining down-valley or into Aspen. This is an ideal vacation home for families or groups up to 6. The preferred length of stay is a minimum of 30 days. If you desire a shorter or longer stay, please call or email me to discuss. The price quoted includes a $5,000 security deposit which is refundable assuming there are no damaged or missing items. You will enjoy this beautiful home as well as Aspen's unique charm and vacation amenities. (Please note a car is necessary to go up and down our mountain as the local bus does not travel up/down the mountain.) Preferred length of stay is a minimum of 1 month or more. If your length of stay is less, please call or email me to discuss. The garage is not available for storage of vehicles or other uses, but auto parking is available adjacent to home and in driveway. For a 30 day or longer stay, payment of utilities is negotiable. For more than 6 guests in the home, please call or email.
