Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No parties, gatherings or events of any kind allowed. No smoking of any kind in the house or the common areas. Absolutely no more guests allowed to stay than what was stated on your reservation. No unauthorized pets allowed in the house. No mail can be sent to the house, packages are acceptable. Check-out instructions include placing the garage door opener on the kitchen counter or near the house rules book, leaving all trash in a sealed garbage bag outside the unit, placing all used towels on the floor of the bathroom and sheets on the floor in the bedrooms, setting the thermostat in the house to 75, and closing the door fully and locking on your way out.
