The property is found on the sunny eastern side of Mckinleyville, on a quiet court at the edge of the forest with many hiking trails that are within walking distance! Clam Beach and the university in Arcata are only a 10 minute drive down the road, along with amenities such as a Natural Foods/Safeway/ farmer market, breweries and restaurants. As hosts we enjoy opening our home to those that are seeking refuge from the busyness of day to day life and are wanting to reconnect back to simplicity and nature. We have explored Humboldt extensively and love sharing the many local gems that you won't find in a guidebook.
