The cabin is located in Sky Harbor, centrally located, sought after location, just between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park, off the spur. Three miles from the home and you're in town. As you enter the residential community, you will find a beautiful pond with picnic tables, perfect for an outdoor picnic or a nice stroll. Sky Harbor has an association which maintains common areas, roads, etc. Landlord pays the association fees. Owner/landlord lives in Sevierville so the tenant has immediate contact/response. Please complete an application on Zillow if you are interested in this property. If the property is still active, it is available. No smoking inside the home. No pets allowed. Security deposit and last month required. Tenant pays all utilities. No water bill, the home is on well water. High speed internet is available in the area via Spectrum.
