Wonderful place for a family with kids. Ours are now grown and this home is better suited for a family. Challenges: 45 minutes to Albany/Latham. Roads are well-maintained but obviously you’ll need to clear the drive. It has a fairly steep grade but faces South allowing snow to melt quickly. The house has no a/c. We’ve considered it but for the 3-4 weeks a year that we may need it, the cost didn’t seem worth it. Great quiet area with wonderful residents. Call me for a personal viewing.
