The unit comes fully furnished. We do have an oversized & goofy 11-year-old Goldendoodle which might be roaming the backyard occasionally. You might be greeted at the gate if he is in the backyard. There is plenty of street parking. You will enter our backyard via a private RV gate and driveway. Our backyard is full of citrus trees. The unit has a full kitchen area with tons of drawers with all brand new appliances including a full refrigerator/ freezer, stovetop oven and microwave. Plus anything you need, if you're up for cooking a simple meal, including toaster and pots/pans. Our bathroom is also newly remodeled with a beautiful tiled shower with shower seat, new vanity, and toilet. We provide towels, soap and shampoo to all our guests. We are a young family and we do live on the property. We have a dog and three young children. All utilities covered by owner.
