The apartment is a 0.7 mile walk from both the Columbia Heights and U Street metro stations (green/yellow) and a 1.0 mile walk from either Woodley Park or Dupont Circle metro stations (red). Located a short walk from the lively 14th and U Street area as well as Adams Morgan, Dupont, and Columbia Heights. The apartment is perfectly situated between each of these neighborhoods. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and nightlife within a short walk. Tenant is responsible for renter's insurance, electric, cable, and internet. Landlord pays condo insurance, HOA fees, water, and sewer. Security Deposit is equal to one month's rent. There is a building move-in fee of $400 payable to the building management. No pets.
