    Conner lot, RV gate on the side street, the back yard has no maintenance, concrete and few DG areas and four trees. There are two garages in the back one is a 30ft RV garage the other is a 3 car garage with A/C and a bathroom 1400 sq.ft. A/C unit on the home is four years old; the roofs on all of the structures have been replaced four years ago and come with a transferable warranty. Front yard has the landscape complete with a drip system for the trees. Back porch has been closed in for an Arizona type room. The water heater was replaced two years ago. The house also has a swamp cooler system that is 5 years old and the filter was just replaced last year. Inside it is a four bed room, one room that would make a great office. The house was completely painted last year all three buildings outside only. Inside of the house could use some updating in a few rooms only, kitchen and two bathrooms. Very nice home and a great neighborhood with all three schools in walking distance or a small business would love this home. No HOA. Currently remodeling the inside will have picture available when the work is done. Work should be completed soon.
