If guests are found to have had a party without host permission, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. In the event of disruptions alerting neighbors, community patrols will contact the authorities and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Valet trash pick-up is available with door-step collection beginning after 11 AM, 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste, as loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects and please break down all cardboard boxes. Guests will check themselves into the villa using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door.
