Debt-to-Income (DTI) Cap: In addition to the 3x income requirement, the total combined household monthly debt obligations defined as the proposed base rent ($3,300) plus all recurring minimum monthly debt payments verified on the consumer credit report (including, but not limited to, auto loans, student loans, and credit card minimum payments) must not exceed 43% of the household's total gross monthly income. Applications with a DTI ratio exceeding 43% will be denied. Comprehensive Reusable Tenant Screening Reports: This property does not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports. Smoking Policy: This is a strictly non-smoking property (including cannabis and vaping). Criminal History Notice: The landlord is prohibited from requiring disclosure, asking about, rejecting an applicant, or taking an adverse action based on any arrest record, conviction record, or criminal history, except for registry information as described in subsections 14.09.025.A.3, 14.09.025.A.4, and 14.09.025.A.5, and subject to the exclusions and legal requirements in Section 14.09.115.
