    LEASE DATES: This is a short term fully furnished summer rental. The exact dates are flexible since we haven't made our summer plans yet, so we can probably accommodate yours. The goal is to rent it for around 4 weeks somewhere in the late June to mid July timeframe. Reach out with dates and we can probably make it work. THE HOUSE: Planning a summer stay in Santa Monica and the beach is too much hassle? This tasteful, spacious, beautifully built luxury house is on one of the quietest streets in all of Santa Monica, with good proximity to the beach, tech campuses of Santa Monica, and the freeway to head into L.A. Spacious, open floor plan with large living areas, great indoor-outdoor flow to the back and side yards, and multiple living areas so everyone in your family isn't on top of each other all the time. The modern kitchen boasts Heath tile, a 10-foot island with comfortable seating for 5, full Thermador appliances, and TWO DISHWASHERS so you never have to worry about dishes even when you have a few people over. This house is an entertainer's dream and a kid's paradise. Indoor/outdoor flow to two separate patios with beautiful plants and fencing: exit through the tall French doors to the side patio dining table area, or walk out the sliders from the great room to the fire pit and barbeque in the back yard. TWO HANGOUT AREAS: The main entertaining area is the huge, open kitchen & family room area in the back of the house where you have the sofas, the giant kitchen island, and the giant kitchen "nook" which can seat 10. Additionally, at the front of the house there is a high-ceiling living room with a large multi-purpose game table/desk, a sleeper sofa, another TV setup, and some sweet sweet isolation: either peace and quiet in case you need to get some work done while the family is raising a ruckus in the great room, or put the noisy people in here while the adults enjoy some wine with the sunset in the great room. Other amenities: Ping pong. Hot outdoor shower for returning from the beach. Fire pit. Grill. Boogie boards and beach gear. Heat lamps on the side patio. Basketball hoop in the front driveway. BEDROOMS: One bedroom is downstairs with its own en-suite bathroom, which is great for a guest or nanny. Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathroom: One with full-size bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, one with queen-size bed and en-suite with walk-in shower, and a truly massive primary suite that is basically a separate wing of the house with a fireplace, west-facing balcony, huge walk-in closet, steam shower, soaking tub, dual vanities, and a separate toilet room for privacy with a Toto bidet toilet seat. OUTDOOR SPACE: The grassy back yard faces west, with a fire pit under a bougainvillea-draped pergola and seating for six. On the shaded north side of the house is an outdoor dining table accessed through tall glass French doors. In front is a grassy front yard under a tall canopy of trees, with a double-wide driveway and basketball hoop. Vacation temporary rental for summer months only, one-month minimum, 6 week maximum. 2 driveway spots plus two guest parking permits for the street along with ability to print more for guests.
