Seeking a female roommate to rent out the second bedroom of my Alki townhouse. You'll have your own room on the second floor with a mostly private bathroom (occasionally shared with guests). My master suite is on the top floor, so we each have our own level of privacy. The living/dining area and kitchen are on the main floor and are shared spaces as well as the roofdeck with Sound view on the top floor. The townhouse was built in 2019, with modern appliances and beautiful finishes and we're just one block from the beach! Plus, it's a short walk to restaurants and retail. Street parking is available. The room can be furnished or unfurnished (bed, dresser and nightstand available if needed). Rent is $1600 + utilities (usually around $150/month).
