I am renting out 2 bedrooms in my 3 bedroom house. I am the home owner and will be gone approximately 3 weeks a month so the house is essentially yours to enjoy!Rent includes all utilities and cable and internet.There is a washer and dryer on site, parking in the driveway and ample street parking. The larger bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is a full bathroom in the hallway. I'm looking for clean, responsible students who will be respectful of the home.The living room is fully furnished and one bedroom is fully furnished.Well behaved pets are permitted. There will be a $250 deposit for cats and a $500 deposit for dogs. First month's rent plus a security deposit will be due upon signing a six month lease
