The renters we have had for the last 4 years have moved. The house will be available at the start of January. We will be replacing the fridge and doing maintenance / tune up of the washing machine, dryer, hot water tank and oven. The microwave is brand new. We also just put 6 foot fencing across the back of the yard and will be completing the fence replacement for the rest of the backyard as weather and time permit. We are asking for a 1 year lease. Utilities that will be the renters responsibility are propane, power, cable, internet, water, garbage.
