We are moving and looking for someone to take over our lease. You would get the full security deposit back in cash for yourself when the lease was up and would have the option to renew as well. We have an 18 month lease and have been here for over a year, you would get a short lease for a long term price! We absolutely LOVE it here but sadly we cannot stay do to a job transfer. I wish we could take our apartment with us! We never had any pets. And are non-smokers. We love our neighbors. Any questions feel free to message or call us!
