I grew up in this amazingly beautiful estate. Due to being right on the water there were summer parties with local upcoming bands that preformed on the concrete bulkhead that resembled an actual stage . The perfect home for entertaining both on and off holidays . Who ever ends up with this home is going to bring all my childhood memories to life , that is how much love and life this home offered and has. By far the very best times in my life were at this residence. I would love nothing more than to retire, grow old, and eventually pass , in this amazing place, that i called home , for many , many years. I will call this house Sammy for sammamish. Sammy thank you for an unforgettable and utterly amazing childhood filled with all the love and materialistic things a kid could only dream for. But were ever so easily shown and given to me and my siblings. I will leave my mom there I believe that's where she was her happiest. I know she's at piece in that beautiful house walking down to the beach to check on us kids!
