A room will be available August. Rent will be $925/month. The room is located on the 2nd floor and is extremely cozy, clean, and bright. The room has a big window allowing in lots of light. There is one shared bathroom. No pets! No smoking/vaping inside the apartment (you can go outside if you need)! No drugs permitted! Split electricity, gas (cooking and heat), and water The room is in a very convenient location, with lots of stores nearby and walking distance from a variety of public transportation options: 1 block from the 25th Ave. D train station. (approximately 30 min. to Manhattan and 2 stops from Coney Island) Many bus stops nearby (B1, B3, B4, B6, B64, B82) Express buses not too far away (X28, X28B) Very close to supermarkets, laundromats, banks, libraries, pharmacies, Walgreens, etc. Many places to get things to eat (restaurants, McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, 7Eleven, Vietnamese restaurants, sushi, etc.) Very close to many gyms Near many parks Requirements: First month rent and 1 month security deposit required to move in.
