When you come see this place, budget a little more time than you usually spend in a house. You'll have to go through it twice to pick up on all the goodness you'll see. On the first round, you'll notice the large rooms and big walk-out basement, the granite, Stainless appliances....and the plus sized yard. On the second round, you'll pick up on things like how all the houses around this one are far away, the shade in the yard, that you get a patio and deck, that the driveway is flat and has a basketball goal. And oh, the last time this house was for sale, there were 3 offers and it was a terrible market back then. Snoozers will be losers......act fast!
