I live in Texas now so I'm ready to sell the property. You can live in quiet Clermont yet be close enough to drive to Disney to enjoy with family and friends. It has: great direct access, not landlocked like other properties a water well, a septic tank, and electricity already installed because it had a home that I completely restored, but a hurricane destroyed it and I'm not going to rebuild it. It's also comfortably wide and long so you can build in the back and have total privacy, peace and quiet. When buying any property in this area make sure you know how much land is buildable on it. You might find a 10 acre lot for the same price but it only has 2 acres that you can build on, which means you'll be paying property taxes for 10 acres but can only use 2 acres of it (the rest of it is most likely swamp land). My property is completely buildable so you get more for your investment with less taxes now and in the future. Also my property has no HOAs or restrictions !
