Pets Negotiable All adult tenants will go through tenant screening and must have at least a 671 credit score in order to qualify. Appx $40- screening fee per person. Must have a verifiable combined income of 3 x the rent. $1600-/month rent includes utilities (water, garbage, sewer, power). Does not include internet/cable. No laundry facilities. No yard to maintain. $1600- security deposit required. No smoking or illegal drugs/activity allowed. 6 month or one year lease available.
