The home is two floors totaling over 2400 square feet as well as a two-car garage. The home is fully furnished as seen in the pictures. The home is a five-minute drive from Indiana University and downtown Bloomington. The home is walking distance to an elementary school, a Kroger, and several restaurants. The upstairs has a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, master bedroom, master bathroom, guest bedroom (currently used as a home gym) and full guest bathroom. The downstairs is a completed walkout basement with a large living space, bedroom, and bathroom. The home is located in a small condo community called Stonelake, named for the quarry-pond at the front of our community. The community has roughly twenty-five families, mostly either professionals affiliated with Indiana University or retired. The homeowners association takes care of all outside issues including grass cutting, gardening, and snowplowing.
