It is a little over 6 years old, right in the heart of Five Points. The unit is on the end, so only has one shared wall, but it is soundproof from the neighbors. This beautiful home has hardwood floors throughout, and is three stories with a rooftop patio, high vaulted ceilings and tons of natural light. There is also a gym and shared clubhouse/rooftop patio to which the tenant would have access. There is a one car attached garage with a gated entrance and a light rail station 1/2 block away. Photos don't do it justice - they also include furniture, which has all been moved. Deep cleaning has been done.
