This property is in within the award-winning Brea-Olinda Unified School District boundaries. The assigned elementary school and high school are very nearby. One-year lease term. Renter pays all utilities (water, gas, electricity, trash, internet/cable). Owner pays the association dues. No smoking is allowed in the house or garage. Smoking on the outside decks is allowed. Renters are expected to maintain the property in the as-rented condition with the exception of normal wear and tear. We do not require renter's insurance but we HIGHLY recommend it. It is one of the most cost-effective insurance policies one can have.
