Furnished house with 4 bedrooms, 3 Baths. Entry level has 2 bedrroms (one room queen size bed and one with full bed. Each has their own bathroom. Dining, living room, laundry, and kitchen are all on entry level. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms (one with king bed and one very large room that has 5 full beds). One full bath is also upstairs. The house sits on 2 acres and boarders Toe River. Fish for trout or just kick back on front porch and relax. Home is close to several nearby attractions. We also rent daily (2 night min) for 250.00per night. House is totally furnished, and there is a gas grill on deck for cookouts. Normally it doesn't get very hot except for July and August so we do have window units installed during those months. The heat is electric (baseboard and electric heaters). Laundry room is equipped with washer and dryer. This home is a great getaway and can support large family. Security deposit and rent due upon signing monthly agreement. Can discuss possibility of longer lease but this house does rent furnished. We will not be taking anything out to lease as this is a vacation rental.
